1. FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

The student, or parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor, confirms that the student is physically fit to participate in dance classes and related activities.

Any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, disability, allergy, medication, or other health-related condition that may affect the student's ability to safely participate must be disclosed to Restless Feet Dance Studio before or during enrolment.

The studio may request medical clearance from a qualified medical professional where reasonably necessary.

2. MEDICAL CONDITIONS — RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE

If, in the reasonable opinion of Restless Feet Dance Studio, a student's medical condition creates a significant safety risk to the student, trainer, staff, or other participants, or if the studio is unable to safely accommodate the condition, the studio reserves the right to:

• Refuse enrolment
• Suspend the student's participation
• Terminate the student's membership/package

Any such decision will be made on reasonable safety and operational grounds and in accordance with applicable law.

3. DANCE ACTIVITIES, INJURY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, performances, competitions, and other dance-related activities involve physical movement and inherent risks, including falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other accidental injuries.

By enrolling and participating, the student, or parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor, acknowledges and voluntarily accepts these inherent risks.

This applies to activities conducted inside the studio as well as at external venues, including performances, competitions, shows, workshops, rehearsals, and other activities organised or facilitated by Restless Feet Dance Studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Restless Feet Dance Studio, its trainers, instructors, staff, and representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage arising from the student's voluntary participation in such activities.

Students must follow all safety instructions and immediately inform the trainer of any pain, discomfort, or injury.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

4. EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

In case of an accident or medical emergency, Restless Feet Dance Studio may provide reasonable first aid and contact the parent/guardian or emergency contact provided during enrolment.

Where immediate medical attention is considered necessary, the studio may arrange emergency assistance. Any medical, hospital, ambulance, or related expenses shall be the responsibility of the student/parent/guardian, subject to applicable law.

5. MEMBERSHIP FEE

A one-time membership fee of n500/- is payable at the time of enrolment.

The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law.

6. TRIAL CLASS

A trial class is available at a charge of n350/-.

If the student joins Restless Feet Dance Studio after attending the trial class, the n350/- trial fee will be adjusted towards the applicable fee, and only the remaining balance will be collected.

If the student does not enrol after the trial class, the trial fee will be non-refundable.

7. MONTHLY FEES

The monthly fee must be paid on the first scheduled class of every month.

There is no late payment fee. However, the fee must be cleared before the student continues attending classes for that month.

8. MONTHLY SESSION HOURS

• Standard batches: 8 hours of dance sessions per month.
• Selected batches: 12 hours of dance sessions per month.

The applicable monthly session hours will depend on the batch in which the student enrols.

9. ATTENDANCE & MISSED CLASSES

Students are expected to attend their scheduled classes regularly and punctually.

If a student misses a class for any reason, including illness, travel, holidays, examinations, personal commitments, or any other reason, the student will be marked absent.

Missed classes due to student absence will not be adjusted, compensated, carried forward, credited, or refunded.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled class time.

10. STUDIO-CANCELLED CLASSES

If a class is cancelled by Restless Feet Dance Studio, the studio will arrange an additional/replacement class where reasonably required to ensure that the committed monthly session hours for the respective batch are completed.

A class cancelled by the studio will not be treated as a student absence.

11. 3-MONTH & 6-MONTH PACKAGES

Students who opt for a 3-month or 6-month package agree that the package period begins from the date on which the package is purchased/enrolled.

Once the package has commenced:

• It cannot be paused or put on hold.
• It cannot be extended due to personal absence, holidays, travel, examinations, or other personal reasons.
• Unused classes or remaining duration cannot be carried forward beyond the package expiry date.
• The package cannot be transferred to another person.
• If the student voluntarily stops attending before the package expires, the unused period/classes will not be refunded, credited, extended, or carried forward.

12. FEES & DISCONTINUATION

All fees once paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Students may discontinue their attendance at any time; no notice period is required. However, discontinuing attendance does not create any entitlement to a refund, credit, extension, or carry-forward of fees already paid.

13. STUDIO TERMINATION

Restless Feet Dance Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrolment/membership in circumstances including serious misconduct, abusive or threatening behaviour, harassment or bullying, repeated violation of studio rules, non-payment of fees, unsafe behaviour, a medical/safety concern as described above, or conduct that affects the safety, discipline, or learning environment of others.

Where the studio terminates a student's membership due to misconduct, breach of rules, non-compliance, or safety-related concerns, fees already paid shall not be refundable, reimbursable, creditable, or otherwise recoverable by the student/parent/guardian, except where required by applicable law.

14. BATCH, TIMINGS & INSTRUCTOR

Students must attend their allotted batch and scheduled timings.

Requests for batch/timing changes are subject to availability and the approval of Restless Feet Dance Studio.

The studio may change or substitute instructors when reasonably necessary.

15. DROP-OFF & PICK-UP OF MINORS

For students below 18 years of age, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student is dropped off before the scheduled class and picked up promptly at the scheduled end time.

Restless Feet Dance Studio shall not be responsible for supervision of the student before the scheduled class begins or after the scheduled class ends.

Parents/guardians must make appropriate and timely arrangements for the student's drop-off and pick-up.

16. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Students are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables, including mobile phones, jewellery, bags, wallets, and other items brought to the studio or external activities.

Restless Feet Dance Studio shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

17. DAMAGE TO STUDIO PROPERTY

Students are expected to handle studio property, equipment, and facilities responsibly.

Any intentional or negligent damage caused by a student may result in the student or parent/legal guardian being responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

18. STUDENT CONDUCT

Students must behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, fellow students, and venue personnel.

Bullying, harassment, abusive language, threatening behaviour, deliberate disruption, discrimination, or any behaviour that compromises the safety or learning environment may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.

19. PERFORMANCES & EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES

Students may be given opportunities to participate in performances, competitions, workshops, shows, rehearsals, and other studio-related activities.

Such participation may involve additional requirements or expenses relating to costumes, rehearsals, travel, entry fees, or other event-related costs, which will be communicated separately wherever applicable.

Students participating in external activities must follow the instructions of Restless Feet Dance Studio and the rules of the respective venue/event organiser.

20. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, workshops, and studio events.

By enrolling with Restless Feet Dance Studio, the student or parent/legal guardian permits the studio to use such photographs/videos for studio-related promotional, social media, advertising, and informational purposes, subject to applicable law.

21. COMMUNICATION

Official communication regarding classes, schedules, events, fees, and studio updates may be sent through the WhatsApp number, phone number, or email address provided during enrolment.

Students/parents/guardians are responsible for keeping their contact information updated and checking official communications from the studio.

22. PRIVACY & USE OF INFORMATION

Information collected through this online enrolment form may be used for student registration, attendance, communication, emergency contact, fee administration, batch management, and other legitimate studio operations.

Restless Feet Dance Studio will handle personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

In circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Restless Feet Dance Studio, including natural calamities, government restrictions, emergencies, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, classes may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or otherwise reasonably modified.

The studio will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes whenever possible.

23. CHANGES TO RULES

Restless Feet Dance Studio reserves the right to update its operational rules, schedules, batch structure, and administrative policies when reasonably necessary.

Any significant changes affecting existing students will be communicated through the studio's official communication channels wherever reasonably possible.
